There is good food. A little over priced but good. For the money you would expect a good experience but you won't get it. You can look of worse customer service but you won't find it. From the management to the wait staff there is an anti-customer attitude.

I am a Japanese food fanatic!! Hibachi (or Teppanyaki) is always a delight. Kani House has the best chefs I've seen so far and the food quality is very good. As with any restaurant, there are mistakes made here and there, but none were very serious in my experience. And if there are the management is always ready and willing to help! Kani House is a winner in my book!

My family and I dine here twice a month. The food and service is always excellent. The staff is friendly and food is tasty. The management staff does an excellent job and make you feel like one of the family. Also, the yumyum sauce is to die for! We will definitely be back! Thanks!

At the Hibachi grill - Ordered the Porterhouse for $29.95. The cook pulled out a little t-bone, looked at it, placed it back under the grill. After cooking everyone else's meat, he pulled the very thin little t-bone out, grilled it and said it was a Porterhouse (16 oz). I got the manager involved who backed up the chef. After I refused the meat, ate only the vegetable and rice, the manager said he would refund $10 for the meat. When he brought back the receipt, he charged me the ENTIRE $29.95!! Total RIPOFF and lousy food. Have told EVERYone we know and they agree the food is terrible. Will be writing more reviews for them. Hope another restaurant takes over SOON !!
