Keith installed a new metal roof at my parents house several years ago. They scratched up the roofing installing it. Then they tried to spray paint over the scratches. They also didn't install any mesh under the ridge vent, and now I have tons of leaves and debris blowing in over our new insulation. It's a mess. I've left multiple calls and emails for Keith to fix it, and now he ignores me. Very disappointing.

Pritchett Roofing helped us greatly during a recent home sale process. They provided quick quotes as we were working to negotiate terms of our home sale, were very knowledgeable and answered our questions and concerns quickly. We would use them for roofing services anytime.

Keith Pritchett put a metal roof on my mountain cabin several years ago and I've never had any problem with it. Last week they put a metal roof on my home in Roswell. They did find some rotten wood when they removed the old roofing, I saw the rotten wood myself and it was a mess. They charged me $180.00 in addition to my contracted price to replace the rotten sheeting. I was told ahead of time the price per sheet and this was exactly what I was quoted. They completed my roof in two days. These are good honest people and wonderful to work with. My neighbors have even called to tell me how good it looks. I love it!

I requested a qoute which was one amount, then started work and qoute went up twice as much, then came back a 3rd time with another amount 3 times as much as the first qoute. I called another roofer who said my roof did not need all the work Keith Pritchett Roofing said it needed. Second roofer did the work for the same amount as the frist qoute. Tried to rip me off, stay clear!!!

We spoke to a lot of roofing companies and we found this company to be very experienced, professional and knowledgeable about roofing and ventilation issues. We found their pricing to be very fair for the package of products, services and warranties they offered. They want to make sure their customers are happy. We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof and have received many compliments from neighbors!!
