I have been working out with Becca for several years now. I started working out with her right before I got pregnant. She helped me to stay in shape throughout the whole pregnancy so I was able to bounce back very quickly after I had my son. She has martial arts background and therefore she has great understanding of human body. She has years of experience with training with people with different body types, shapes and sizes. She is able to push me to do my best in a kind way. She is up to date on the newest trends in the exercise world. She makes my workout fun and I always look forward to it. You should retain Rebecca Loose for aerobic classes, "boot camps", or personal training. I have trained with Rebecca for two years and it has been one of the better life decisions I have made. Rebecca has a unique ability to assess and interpret the condition and circumstances of her client and to create an environment where I continue to reach beyond what I thought was capable; but not to the point of extending beyond either my physical or mental appetite for improvement. The consequence is that I have stuck with the program and have consistently exceeded the goals she and I establish. If you are looking to improve your physical condition, there are many options available. If you are looking to improve your physical condition in a lasting, meaningful manner, Rebecca has provided the first and only solution that has worked for me.

I have know Becca for a long time on a personal level and have nothing but great things to say about her integrity, zeal and real enthusiasm about fitness. Only recently have I started working out with her, much to my body's satisfaction. Her workouts are challenging, fun, and very effective. She knows what works and what a waste of time is and Becca won't waste a minute of your time. After many years of trying hard and not seeing results it's such a great feeling to see a difference and know that my hard work is paying off. I am not just going through the motions anymore. I'm regularly very active, and exercise a lot, but I needed some extra encouragement to take my workouts to the next level. Training with Becca has been very rewarding. After six months I continuously see improvement, and she always knows how to adjust my workouts to keep me in top shape. with Becca I definitely workout smarter, and I'm enjoying the great results!

Halfway though our third month working with Becca, my wife and I continue to see great results. We both look forward to our sessions twice a week and always walk away feeling thoroughly "worked out." Becca's sessions keep your body guessing with an evolving salvo of calisthenics, cardio, weight and agility training. She caters each workout to fit your individual goals and abilities. Definitely a thumbs up.

I have always been a very active person, running 4 to 5 miles a day, and doing both yoga and pilates. I first met Becca on her Boot Camp class and was so impressed with the results, I asked her to do one-on-one training once a week. Becca understands my level of activity and has worked with me to set extraordinary goals. Her clients range from people recovering from injuries, to work-out beginners, to kids, to athletes. Plus, with her knowledge of physiology and anatomy, she knows how to cater to each of her clients needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Training with Becca is one of the best things I have done to revamp my workout routine and the results dont cease to amaze me.

I have been going to Becca for personal training since December 2007. This is the best thing I have done for my self! I started by taking boot camp two nights a week. The first night she said to do 10 push-ups, I thought to myself "right"! We set goals and with Becca help I reached every one of them. I go to personal training with her two days a week now. My strength has increased tremendously. When she says to do 10 push up I can do it on my toes instead of my knees. With the workout and nutrition advise she is giving me, I have lost weight, inches and built my body strength. I look forward to my work outs!

I started working with with Becca when she started her 1st boot camp class. A group of women would meet 2 times a week for an hour for high strength training, cardio and endurance exercises. Wow, I realized after the 1st week how weak I had become. After getting through the initial soreness of my muscles I began to rapidly gain strenght back. I have never wanted to workout in a group class but found myself looking forward to this hour. I decided I wanted to do more so started working out 2 other days a week with Becca for one on one sessions. After completing 8 weeks of these workouts not only do I feel stronger, I am seeing my muscles take shape. These sessions are the best part of my day. Not only does Becca inspire me during my workouts, she inspires me to eat better and live a healthier life through diet, exercise and other areas of my life. I have worked with trainers before but never have I looked forward to the workout.
