I visited this store to buy shoes for myself. First of all, no one acknowledged my presence until I went to the register and stared at the three associates for a while who were in arms reach just talking to each other. I asked if I could see a shoe in two sizes and the associate responded "yeah" without ever looking at me. She didn't move, she just stood there. I wasn't sure if I should sit and wait for her to bring it or she meant I could see it but she wasn't going to get it or if someone else would get it. So I sat and waited. When she came back out, she just yelled out the size of the shoes. If she had looked at me, she would've known who she got shoes for. She then took out the right shoe from each pair and took both boxes away. How do I know if the shoes fit if I only have one shoe?! I flagged her down and told her that I needed the boxes. She refused to give them to me. I told her that I needed to try on the shoes. (Common sense should have told her that. Apparently, she's not that bright.) So she gives me the left shoe from the box. This is the first time that I have ever had to carry two loose shoes to the register to purchase. I had to ask a different associate to get the box for the shoes. This is the worst customer srvc that I have ever experienced in a shoe store. Don't waste your time here.

I love this store because they offer Military Discounts. This store to me shows their appreciation to the men and women who have served or is serving our country!
