My oldest child attend KRK Sugarloaf until she was 7. I then had my second child and decided to be a stay at home mom for a few years. When I was ready to go back to work, I immediately went back to this KRK since I had such a good experience with my first child. I was absolutely amazed that Ms. Shirley remembered who we were even though it had been 5 years since we had been there! My youngest daughter loves it and always has a blast! You can't beat the summer program for the price you pay. They have field trips 4/5 days in the summer so the kids are never bored. They also do exciting field trips like the GA Aquarium, mining for gold in Dahlonega as well as Medieval Times and Stone Mountain. During the school year, there is a homework club and my daughter's homework is always done when I pick her up (such a blessing considering what a hectic after school/work schedule we have with sports!) The staff are always friendly and seem to really care about the kids. Wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else!

My granddaughter was in this daycare for 1 week. She was picked up with wet diapers, messy diapers, and always "a reason" why she wasn't changed before we arrived. And we arrived at different times each day! The class she was in only had 4 kids!!! She was hungry everyday and their "card" stated she ate all her food, usually food listed she never eats, and that she took her entire nap which, couldn't have been true. Their monitor system wasn't working, "it's expensive, we are trying to find someone to install" and the teacher in her class leaves early everyday so the 1/2 yr olds go to the INFANT ROOM. Don't take your kids here. I had heard in the past it was a great daycare. I gather there are new owners. They didn't give direct answers to questions, I have no idea if the workers are certified or not but they were nice, just NOT experienced. So...if you want a wet, hungry, screaming child who can watch spongebob during the day, go for it. Otherwise...DON'T!
