I rate it a 1 only because they are very organized and clean. Other than that don't put your kids there unless you're looking for a babysitter. They keep complaining about my child's behavior but no wonder they misbehave because they are not teaching the kids a thing even though their daily report claims so. I removed my child and placed him in the new daycare Herrington Academy and my child is learning a lot, even Spanish, within 2 weeks. I get nothing but positive feedback and reports about their daily tasks. My child is very smart and if a child this age is not stimulated enough, they tend to misbehave especially this school focuses more on playing than learning. Janine the director is so rude. She only greets you when she feels like which happens seldom and I find that very unprofessional from her part when she's collecting money from me every week.

If you take your child to Kids R Kids only for the Georgia funded Pre-K program, they force you to park in the neighboring business's parking lots when you drop off / pick up your child. I find this practice insulting and ridiculous considering they are profiting from these kids, especially when you were a previously paying customer for normal daycare and they had no issue with you using their lot for that purpose.

My child went to this facility for the State Hope Pre-K program and we were very satisfied with the results, the progam, the facility and the staff. The next year, my child went public school for Kindergarten. We stayed at Kids R Kids for after school care. At the time we were coping with my child's ADHD, seeing doctors and psychologists to help and ended up starting my child on medication. Although the after school staff knew this and knew that we were trying very hard to work with them and to help our child, we were treated terribly by the after school staff. My child was always being punished and not allowed to join in on special activities and outings, he was always blamed for things even when I don't think some were his fault or not anything that the other kids didn't do at one time or another. Some staff members were worse than others as my child would tell me what Miss So-and-so said to him or did. I was very upset at their not working with us and my child and, in fact, they ended up kicking us out (my child was 5 years old) because they didn't want to deal with us. We switched to a nearby facility that was willing to help us and things have been so much better since. Now adjusted to ADHD medication my child makes honor roll at school. I would not recommend this facility as they don't seem to care for the individual child (at least the staff that I dealt with in the afterschool building didn't). But this is just my opinion. I could be wrong.

This place has it all. Great activities and summer fun for kids of all ages. They have a wonderful caring staff and I feel very confident leaving my son in their care.

I feel like Kids R Kids @ Herrington Road, has a good rating for their expertise with caring for the kids and showing concern and respect to the parents.
