My nephew has been going to this daycare since he was 9 months ,He had an accident were hes tooth came out because no one was watching him when i went and talked to the owner she told us that it was not there fault they have nothing to do with it and that we can take him somewhere else she was very rude especially to my sister that was crying i would of taught that since we have been taking my nephew to that daycare for so long that they would of at least be a bit nicer they obviously do not care about kids!!! also there's only one person for 10 kids which is why this "accident" happened because there isnt more people to watch all of the kids after seeing the video of what happened we clearly saw that when hes teeth came out no one rushed to go hug him or anything instead they grab him by the arm and took him inside one of the ladys that was taking care of the kids was doing something else while my nephew was crying please do not take your kids here no ones child deserves this kind of treatment!

For what you pay it's not worth it. You are paying a whole lot of baby sitters that do nothing. Don't waste your time or money. The breakfest/lunch is horrible. If they won't eat it, then why feed our kids junk. I took my son out because of the high rotation of his teachers. It was never consistant etc.

I would like to respond to the article written by "Truth Pill". Your information is not accurate! The particular child you are referencing to attended our school since infancy. He did well up until the point that he needed to follow directions, his behavior became violent towards his classmates and teachers. The teachers tried repeatedly to redirect the child and guide him to do nice and kind things but all efforts failed. Basically, we communicated to the parents that we thought the child had some type of behvior issue and speech impairment. However, they disagreed without taking the child to the doctor to get a proper evaluation. The directors also assisted in trying to calm this child down to make it a safe environment for everyone.Unfortunately, we had to disenroll this child from our program. As for our owners, they are wonderful caring people! They also made every effort to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone but all efforts failed. They are very friendly and compasionate owners who love all children dearly and respect all families and employees. My advice would be to look within sometimes and not without.

In response to Airplane12. Please keep your head in the clouds. The child in question was not with the location since infancy. The child started around 2. And never had any behavioral problems. Yes, most kids experience the terrible 2's and sometimes 3's. The issue is how management handled things after promising not to kick the child out. When the problems started, the parents did take the child to be evaluated by PROFESSIONALS WITH A DEGREE and was determined to not have any problems. In fact, the child tested high in verbal and reasoning for his age. A letter from the doctor was provided, but management and the owners did not want to deal with the problem employee. Your commit only supports the fact that this has happened to more than one child. P.S. Airplane since leaving the school. The child has had no behavioral problems. I understand you want to keep your job. But, please take your own advice and look within your staff and make the MUCH NEEDED changes!

I know my child is in good hands when I leave him here. He has been at this Kids R Kids since he was 3 months old, and he is now 2. I realize some people have problems with any daycare facility, but I have had a wonderful experience with this organization, and I have always been diligent about keeping the lines of communication open. The teachers are wonderful, and the director is always helpful. I would recommend this to anyone in this area.

This is one step up from leaving your child with a known offender. I don't see how the children are safe and secure. The staff has no clue as to what they are doing, there isn't any organization or security measures. I can't even begin to tell how horrible this place is!! My daughters first day left me a nervous wreck! No one there knew us, my husband walked right up to the fence to look at the kids not one teacher asked who he was and why he was hanging on the fence. When he went inside no one greeted him or id'ed him to make sure he really is a parent. The person left in charge of my daughter is a complete idiot! I understand if your budget is tight then you might not have any other choice, but I know of other places for tight budget that actually cares about your childre and their safety. I didn't want to give this place one star but couldn't post with out it...two thumbs down!
