Just as a disclaimer, I am in no way a disgruntled former employee. This is simply an honest review based on the things that I have seen and experienced during my time with KRK. This is literally the worst center I've ever stepped foot into, let alone worked for. The teachers are great but the administration is extremely RUDE, incompetent, lazy and unknowledgable. It's amazing to me that the walls are still standing with how filthy and unkempt this place is. I had a child throw up in my classroom and the director told me that she didn't know how to operate the shampooer, so it would have to wait. My kids were exposed to vomit on our carpet for 2 WEEKS! I know SOME classrooms that never received cleaning after children have peed, pooped and vomited on the floors. That's disgusting!!! They have no security systems on the door in order to prevent any shysty person from just freely walking in. I have witnessed MULTIPLE children, run out into the street (crying for mommy) and almost get hit by cars because there's no security on the doors to keep little ones from easily opening it. They expect their educators to take time away from teaching their children to do deep cleaning, which is why the classrooms are dusty and nasty. Because they don't have time. They also pull their educators out of their classrooms daily, to take out administrative trash, wash dishes and clean the staff bathroom. While administrators sit there. There are NO supplies to adequately perform your job.

I have two children that attend this KRK location. The teachers are amazing (I specifically have to call out how wonderful Ms. Kay is because my daughter loves her so much). The owners of this location are possibly the sweetest people I've ever met... They are always so accommodating and willing to help however they can. I just really appreciate having this great school nearby and available. I highly recommend them.

My oldest child attended a few years back, and my youngest goes there now. It seems like the quality of this center has drastically declined. I love his teachers, but the administration has become especially impersonal and they don't seem to communicate well with their staff. They also seem to cycle new teachers fairly often. The menu doesn't have much variety anymore - I remember there being far more breakfast choices years back, not plain cereal and canned fruit twice a week. Overall it's a decent center, but nothing special. Your money is probably best spent elsewhere.

I used to work here and the management team is very unreliable! They constanly left us over ratio. Ratio was 1:6 and I had 14 toddlers by myself for over an hour and a half most days. The teachers are great and they really love their job, but the management is the reason why there is such a huge turnover with teachers! If I were you, I would take my child somewhere else.

My experience with Kids R Kids Schools Of Quality Learning was pleasant. Staff was friendly all the time as I brought my son in. Their place could use a renovation but as far as it being a place where you kid can learn, this place is great!

This daycare was the first place I felt safe leaving my child. The staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. My young daughter is eager to see not only her playmates but her teachers as well.

My grand daughter used to attend this school... it's been over 2 years, and she still mentions how much she loved it. She's like a 7 yr old, talking about Kids R Kids.. like it's her college or something. Just too darn cute! A+++ to Kids R Kids in our book!!

My wife and I researched daycare/learning centers for months before choosing this Kids R Kids location. The center is cleaner and the staff more polite and outgoing than the other centers we visited. Just before enrolling our two children, we consulted a daycare/early learning center inspector. The inspector recommended this location to be one of the best in the area. Over the last two years we have counted on them to help raise and teach our children. They may not be pefect in every aspect, but we trust them with our children and that says a lot.

I would say that overall this center is avergae, but they do have a caring staff. At times I feel like the ratio of children to teachers is too much, but they try to do a good job.

We had our 3 month child in the infant class for 3 months and while he was there 4 teachers left. They told us the ratio was 1:4 but I went in there plenty of times and the ratio was 1:6. The teachers that were still there were very overwhelmed and expressed that daily. We were sent home with the wrong bottle pieces twice during the short period we were there and when we confronted the director she said that I was wrong and the pieces were ours even though our son was not in the stage of the bottle yet. I would not recommend then until they got their act together.

The teachers at this facility are great. They really seem to care about children and like their job. The director and owner do not communicate well. That is the only complaint.

We recently moved out of the area and I had to put my son in another daycare. Now having something to compare - Mr John and the staff really put the kids first. Teacher turnover is a problem but they always seem to find good people.

My son's teacher, Ms. Donna, was wonderful. The management does not communicate very well. The center had a bad smell some days and didn't seem like the cleanest place.

My child received decent care at this center, but nothing special. I found the owner and director to be lacking in communciation skills at times and this became quite frustrating.
