Cons: The staff is under par. They are not organized at all. The directing staff are irresponsible. They forget the keys sometimes in the morning which makes you late for work.I have showed up there twice where the doors are locked. Mind you they are supposed to open around 6:30am. I arrive at 8:00am today and the doors are closed. There are 5 other parents there waiting as well. A lot more probably left. I guess you get what you pay for. The rates are cheap. Also, they close on school holidays. So, plan on having a back up. Other side notes: They feed your child hardly anything. I pick my son up around dinner time at the school he comes home super hungry. The baby room is walked through constantly since that is exit/ entrance to the playground. I am glad my son is not in that area is not hygienic. If you have a baby do not bring them here! Pros: The preschool (3-4yrs olds) classroom as far as learning is getting better as far as learning since they have certified teachers who know what they are doing. The preschoolers receive homework which I do like. The certified teachers start in April 2016. Advise to the owner: Hire responsible employees or you will lose business due to people losing their JOBS!

This used to be a great daycare. However, at the end of 2015 new owners took charge. These ladies are very rough around the edges. They will butter you up and appear to be so nice. However, they are rude, money hungry, and have no care whatsoever for your children. They are currently not licensed. Also, my son caught hands, foot, and mouth disease shortly after they took over. They DID NOT report the case of hands foot and mouth to the other parents. They did not even notice that my son caught it. So much for being attentive. They did notice that he had been irritable that whole day. However they failed to recognize the symptoms and obvious blisters on his hands feet mouth and diaper area. The owner is rude to the employees, speaks very nasty to them, and only pay them $7.25/hourly. The turnover rate for teachers that I saw within 1 month was ridiculous. They randomly have closed the building for no reason just to satisfy their own needs. They spend time at the front desk gossiping instead of teaching the children. The children literally play all day. Hence the name. They do not even do circle time at the very least. These owners taking over was a nightmare for me and several other parents. Enrollment has decreased tremendously since they have taken over. The directors' words to me when I was concerned with my childs learning habits was "It is not important that your son learns right now because he is going to relearn everything when he starts pre-schoo

I would NOT recommend. Our son went for a brief time. During the time, staff is unprofessional, non-courteous. The facility is not the best as far as cleanliness. The carpet has a mildew smell and look. The sleeping mats I have not seen children sleep on them WITH a sheet. in morning, I have seen in the toddler section, a child sleeping on a mat in the middle of floor while children are running and playing. I've seen infants sitting in car seats on floor at the same time toddlers are running, teachers walk away, come back and get on their laptops. On my first day, my son's teacher was very rude. No 'good morning, how are you? my name is!" it was just screaming from afar 'what's his name?!" I've walked towards school and once the front desk director noticed me, is when she yelled "Change ____ diaper!" my son was literally crying so badly that his eyes were puffy and swollen as well as his face and his body still convulsing from all the crying he had done which lead me to believe he had been crying for God knows how long. When I took him from teacher who was attempting to change him after being told, I noticed my son's diaper was SO filled and heavy he hadn't been changed in God knows how long! My son's spirits were at an all time low there. this is NOT his first school. so i clearly saw the difference.

I've used this center for quite some time, and this used to be a positive place for children where all children were welcome equally. Recently there's been a change in management and more focus shifted to competing with local centers. Focus has shifted away from loving care of the children. Very dissapointed!
