Dr. Thoni is wonderful with all my animals especially my horses and goats. I recommend him often. He doesn't treat me like an idiot when I bring in something. I can call and describe with is going on and he is very helpful as to what needs to be done be that come in or something I can do myself.

Been a customer for many years but will be hunting a new vet in the future. Long waits and poor attitude from staff.

If you care about your pets, find another vet. KVA is cheap, but this is an instance where you get what you pay for. They are fine for simple things like shots, but if your pet requires any medical attention - take them somewhere else. Dr. Pool is the worst vet I've ever encountered. Completely lacks professionalism and compassion for your pets.

My lab has been many times, but will never see Dr Pool again. On her recheck, he did not believe we were keeping her ecollar (the funnel thing to keep her from messing with her incision) on permanently. Based solely on the fact that the collar was not dirty/bent enough for a week of wear. We have never removed the collar until the trip for her recheck today. She is kept indoors in a room by herself with minimal furniture to keep her from bumping much. We taped her food bowl to a 1 gal paint can to keep her from having to push the collar against the ground and her neck more than it already does. It is rubbing her raw under her neck but I have NEVER removed it. But Dr Pool in all his arrogant knowledge left the room telling us to put it on and leave it on, still not believing that it had never been removed. IF we return to this office after her stitches are removed, we will NOT be seeing any more of Dr Pool and I do not recommend him to anyone who cares about their animals and expects the vet to listen AND BELIEVE what you tell them.
