As a Certified Personal trainer, Certified Group Exercise/ Boot Camp Instructor, TRX Suspension Training Core Instructor, and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, I established Killington Boot Camp over 8 years ago to provide Killington folks with an outstanding venue to get in shape and stay in shape. I take great pride and joy in getting people to start moving and in allowing them to see that fitness can be a lot of fun.
We offer a variety of fun, challenging classes that help you realize your full potential. we have Yoga classes on Mondays, Indoor Circuit on Tuesdays & Thursdays, Suspension Fitness on Wednesdays and Fridays. We can also do special classes for groups of 5 and more.
