My daughter and I both had horrible experiences with Dr. Kim. She had two fillings that had to be replaced in less than two years by another dentist. She also suffered with a molar that actually needed a root canal and she kept going back to Dr. Kim who could not diagnose the problem nor fix it.The endodontist told my daughter that it was a shame she had suffered so long for something that was easy to diagnose. Dr. Kim filled one of my teeth that a month later broke off at the gum because it was decayed and she was very nasty when I went back to tell her.She should have known that tooth was bad because she had insisted on taking an xray. Also, I had to tell her hygienist that I would leave if she 'didn't stop hurting me. I also discovered that she charged me twice as much for a procedure that was half that price at another dentist in the area. Part of the problem is that she works at lightening speed. My advice: DO NOT GO THERE.

Everything that could have gone wrong on my visit to Family Dentistry did. A perfect storm of communication failures, and inept decisions. A dentist with a degree from Penn that hides behind a lowly receptionist. A dental office with absolutely no ability to communicate their patient. Between two healthcare workers they were unable to guide me or help me or inform in any way. Listen to my advice, I am honest and I am truthful! I can only wish that someone would have warned me!
