***Buyer Beware*** Kim's Cleaner' s loses dry cleaning and will not replace. Experienced good service for two years before being forced to find a new dry cleaner. Kim's Cleaners lost an expensive shirt and for weeks tried to not take responsibility. Finally the owner stated that the shirt had been found and tried to pass off a Kmart button down for a tailored shirt. Ultimately Kim's Cleaners refused to replace the lost shirt. After shopping around it became clear that the other reviews are correct. Kim's Cleaners is overpriced compared to many competitors within the area.

I requested Kim's Cleaners to dry clean 3 sets of drapes that were at least 20 feet in length since hung at loft style windows. Not only did they clean the drapes but also delivered and hung at my request. The drapes required removal and re-insertion of pins since they were pleated and handled this with ease. All and all did an excellent job. Drapes look brand new since had been about 6 years since I have had cleaned.

Not only is Kim's convenient, but I have received superior service each and every time I come in. My garments and special items are handled with TLC and the pricing has always been excellent. My high recommendation to Kim's.
