My washer had died in the middle of washing a large (and heavy) bedspread. I searched Kudzu.com and found Kim's Coin Laundrymat in my general area. I called to inquire if their machines would be able to handle a large, heavy bedspread and was assured they could. When I arrived, the gentleman at the counter was very pleasant, smiling, and even helped me unload the plastic bag containing my soaking wet bedspread from the car and place it in the machine. He even has change (quarters) readily available. The cost my $4.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry the item was well worth it. After drying the item, he also helped me fold the large item and place it in a plastic bag to protect it until I got home. I've been very blessed for years now in having my own washer and dryer in my home and I haven't used a commercial laundrymat in years. But if I ever need to use the services of a commercial laundrymat again, I will certainly choose Kim's Coin Laundrymat and would recommend them to others as well. Thank you sir, for service and courtesy.

My washer was broken. I used the Wash & Fold Service. It was 80 cents a pound. Kim rounded down when in question. My linens were very clean, smelled fresh and done when promised. All with a smile. She repaired one item that was worn at no charge. She sews too. The price is competitive with other laundries in the area. As a grand opening gift she was giving pillow covers that she made. Highly recommended. The machines and spaces were clean.
