I have seen Dr. Kinahan's PA twice from a friend's recomendation. She took the time to listen to my concerns, understood my pain, and gave samples of medications so I could find the best fit for myself. The staff was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. It's hard to find a good PCP like this.

Besides the wait, sometimes you have to deal with her attitude. No Thanks! I have a transportation business where I take seniors and she is impatient and patronizing.

Janice is not longer working in this office. Please return again. As you know, Dr. Kinahan is wonderful!
Very good Dr. I've been going there for 10 years. He has a lot of older patients so he has a very busy practice. I didn't visit the doctor a lot when I was 19 or 20, did you? He takes his time, he listens and he cares. If I want speed I will go an atm machine or drive through window. His office staff are very nice and the PA's are very good too. I wish more people thought poorly of his clinic and then maybe it would be easy to get an appointment. I'm sorry too, that so many people know how good Dr. K. is. Have a nice day.

How long I have to wait has never crossed my mind when scheduled to see Dr. K. He is by far the best doctor I have ever frequented. I look forward to seeing him regardless of how long I wait. His gentle manner and explanations for the layman always leave me feeling better.

I am a young disabled veteran and have been through numerous primary doctors. Dr. Kinahan is one of the best I have seen. Initially, the wait times were a bit long, but that has greatly improved with the new PAs. That said, I have rarely met a doctor with so much genuine concern for my well-being. He truly listens to my descriptions of symptoms and even to my opinions from knowing my own body. I never leave his office feeling dismissed or treated like I am stupid. He is thorough and doesn't hesitate to refer specialty care where needed. I willingly drive across town to continue to see him. The office personnel are always pleasant and professional, but then I also believe in patients having responsibility in remaining pleasant as well.

After reading these reviews, I feel that as a former front office employee with Dr. Kinahan, I need to take a minute and explain patient's waiting times. The doctor wants to be scheduled with ten minute appointments. For anyone who has been seen by him, you are well aware that he is very thorough and takes far more than 10 minutes per person. Knowing this, I would recommend scheduling an appointment with him first thing in the morning or after lunch. Just a reminder, the front office staff is employed by the doctor and is doing their jobs the way he requests; do NOT take it out on them!

I've never waited less than 40 minutes to be ushered into the exam room. Usually it's longer. As for getting in the day I'm sick, forget about it. They tell me to go to a clinic or the ER.

Years ago we were not taking walk in patients. However, we now gladly take walk in patients and will fit them into our schedule! Hope to see you soon!
Yes you may have to wait in his office longer than you like BUT, he is one of the best Dr's I have ever been around. You can tell that he is very real in his concern for his patients. On one visit when I had a very bad case if the flu, I was very surprised to get a letter at home from the Doctor wishing me well and hoping that I was feeling better. Now how many Doctors do you think have ever done that?

I've been a patient of Dr Kinahan's for many year's. He has a very gentle and thorough manner. Takes his time to explain things - never feel rushed. The down side is that one often has to wait a long time especially if you schedule an afternoon appt. I recently took my 78-year old mother and we had to wait 75 minutes! And still after that we only got to see his PA as he had 2 more patients before he could get to us. His PA was also very good. I think some front office policy review by Dr. Kinahan might be in order.

My wife and I have been going to this doctors office for the last year. Both the doctor and PA are very knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. However, every single time my wife and I have booked an appointment (over 5 times) we have waited at least 45 min in the waiting area. I think that the secretaries overbook the doctors.

Last 2 to 3 times I was there with an appointment..I've had to wait at least an hour..sometimes longer to see Kinnehan..asked the staff what's going on and was told he "books" every 15min..if you're sick or well...plan on over an hour...this is unexceptable..
