King's Glass supports the local community including many youth sports teams, San Diego cultural arts like Broadway San Diego, and has a philanthropic philosophy about the San Diego Community as a.. whole. Our contracter used this company before and used them with us. What a mistake! It took three tries for them to get the shower glass to fit and the owner actually told us if the contracter didn't pay him within one week he would put a lien on our house when his company took 5 weeks to complete the job. Customer service was awful (although the installer was nice) and the owner very abrasive and even after telling me twice and my wife once he would be here himself to make sure the job was done right, decided it was beneath him to show. I would reccomend staying away from this company!

Not customer responsive. I stopped in personally to get pricing and timing for glass and mirror for two bathrooms I am remodeling. The number of items and sizes were large including glass shower doors with etching etc. I followed up two days later to get pricing, no information and no return call. I called twice more after that to try and get the information as I was looking to purchase immediately. Still no response. I am still waiting for a response to this day, almost three weeks later, but in have made a purchase elsewhere while waiting--Discount Glass and Mirror, who were extremely helpful and responsive. Will have more to say about them once my order arrives.

Recentlly our company, who has been doing business with Kings Glass for years, had a very serious issue with management at the company. After having our glass installed they billed us at a considerable higher price than any of our previous installs. After we spoke with a manager, Roy, whom was incrediblly rude, he explained to us that the price of glass changes every day and that was why. He also said he could of given us the install at our previous prices but he wouldn't. His tone of voice and attitutde have directed us to search the area for better companies. You get what you pay for with this company.

Don't count on King's Glass and screen for any quality customer service. They showed up to our jobsite with the wrong size glass, and when we finally received the right order, two weeks later, the installer broke it! We re-ordered the glass, and two weeks later they broke the glass again! How ridiculous! Someone in the business of glass couldn't install a 3'x 6' piece of glass. Did they correct the situation? No, it took two more weeks of phone calls before anyone would even speak to us. The owner avoided us, the installers were unprofessional, and the office employees were rude. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 1. I will never use them on another job and will never reccomend them to another contractor!
