The tech just left and my carpet looks barely better than before he got here. When I asked about the dark area in front of my sofa, he said if I'd had it cleaned every 3 months it wouldn't build up. Well, it's fairly new carpet, but who has carpet cleaned every 3 months? The dark areas along walls are still there, as are the ones at the base of the risers on my stairs, and some spots he apparently didn't notice when he was cleaning. When I questioned these still-dirty places, he became belligerent and was quite unprofessional, whereas he had been polite in the beginning. He charged an extra $45 for a large master bedroom, even though the other spaces are undersized and together they do not exceed the limit. The only thing I have to say that is positive is that they came within the stated window. This Groupon was no bargain--could have hired a reputable company for the same price after Kiwi's upcharge. NEVER using this outfit again.

Kiwi is without a doubt the way to go. I used Zerorez in the past and it was terrible! The cost was higher, they didn't get the stains out, and the tech was rude. So, I was not expecting to be so pleased with another company this time around. Well, I was wrong! Steven was amazing. He spent a lot of time working on the stains. My carpet was in rough shape-they look new now. I could not believe it! And because the prices are so good, I can have it done more often. Not only did Steven do a great job, but he couldn't have been nicer. Please don't hesitate to call them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They have the worst customer service.They just wet my carpet, they did not clean it. They used my hot water without informing me upon booking appt.It took them 15 minutes to clean my carpet, then they just left. They did not do a walk thru to make sure that I was satiisfied with the service. When I called to express my concerns the rep was rude and uninterested. He simply said I'm sorry and it would cost $29 dollars to send someone else out. This company does not care about service at all.

My Husband had noting but great things to say about the Kiwi professional that came to our home yesterday, and I was very happy with the end result. The carpets look great and the service was top-notch. I will definitely use Kiwi again.

Great service We were puppy sitting for our children, when a major accident occured on carpet. David, the Kiwi magician came promptly (very professional) and did an absolutely superb job. Great service; great results. Couldn't be more pleased!

Sean Carter did a treatment on my mattress and came back the next week to do another treatment to make sure I was satisfied. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. That type of diamond standard service is unheard of today but you definitely receive that service from Kiwi. I recommend them without reservation!
Great Experience I just had my carpets done and wanted to tell everyone about my exprience. I found this company on Kudzu and chose it based on its reviews. The previous clients were right-on about Mike. The first positive sign was that even though I made a last minute appointment, she was able to squeeze me in. I got a courtesy call the next day and she even offered to come early since she finished another job

Both technicians were extremely polite and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the process they were using to clean the airduct system in our house. They made recommendations for a replacement unit on our furnace system that was not working but used no high pressure sales pitches. That was refreshing! I write my concerning review indicating this company has scammed my family out of $720 and suddenly 6 or 7 5-star posts appear on the next day? Please see my FRAUD post on 10/10/12. I will now be taking my concerns and complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Good luck if you still choose to deal with this company.

I got a courtesy call the next day and she even offered to come early since she finished another job. What can I say? I wish she had taken "before and after" pictues because my living room carpet had been assaulted by a very active toddler! The attempts at cleaning it ourselves actually made it worse because of the soap residue that was left. Peter took care of all the stains and now I'm in a "let's wait and see" pattern on if they return. Hopefully not! Based on what I've seen so far, I recommend the service.
