This is a reply to susyrn and the unhappy experience we put her through. She is 100% right when she states that the service call was messed up and not handled correctly. We started a new service technician that day and did not communicate well at all with him or susyrn. The service call was definately not handled correctly because Klondike office staff blew it. So there you have it staight from us to you. We were definately not on top of our game that day. Klondike office staff apologized 4 million times to susyrn and our own service technician for the way we handled the botched call. Susyrn was very gracious to finally accept our sincere apology, but we doubt we will see her again. We try hard everyday to make sure our service calls are flawless. We think the public is mature enough to understand that we are all human and make mistakes. Susyrn has every right to say we botched that call. Sorry Susyrn!

Serviceman arrived 1 hour 45mins late, with no phone notice. When he arrived, he offered no apology for his tardiness. He then found out that he had the wrong work order from his company. After a phone call to his office, he refused to carry out the work that we had scheduled. I dismissed him and called the home office to complain. The office admitted that they did not communicate the correct work order to this serviceman. In my opinion, this company is unreliable and this serviceman acted unfriendly and uncaring.
