Kroger offers thousands of quality food and household products from your favorite brands and companies. From fresh produce, meats and seafood to dairy, home goods and pharmaceutical needs, Kroger is your one stop for savings.
The employees at this store remind me of robots. They do not speak to you and ignore you. I actually tried to make eye contact with the self checkout cashier today and he looked down at the floor when I caught him looking at another customers butt. The parking lot did not have too many cars but the Publix across the street seemed busy. Also, when I go in this store there is always someone peddling in the front or taking up collections which is annoying when you are trying to get in and out quickly. This Kroger is very different from the others in the area. They ought to fire or reassign everyone and start over with new people.

While I am all for saving money, I find that the attitudes of many cashiers, and even managers at the customer service desk, are so nagative that I would prefer to pay a little more to be able to shop across the street. Baggers routinely pile heavy items like milk on top of your bread of eggs, and cashiers and baggers engage in inappropriate personal conversations while working, which makes the customer feel uncomfortable.

I love Kroger and just recently moved to Marietta to find the worse Kroger I have ever been visited. First, it did not look clean. The parking lot is set-up badly, especially the handicap spots right outside the door. The isles are tight and there is no fresh seafood. I put in a review elsewhere and Kroger contacted me. I told the rep the same things above and he said they are making changes this year. Until they are in place, I will shop at Harry's!
