A few weeks ago I started looking for a place to get my hair done. I have had bad luck since my stylist decided to go be a mommy full time. I ran into an old friend who said she goes to a place called Kroma. She sees Leza and has great hair. I went for it. Leza was not available (booked solid on the two days I could get there) but I really need my hair done for a business trip I had coming up. I had my hair cut about 3 inches and layered also colored bark with highlights. I absolutely love it. While I was sitting in the chair Leza came over and introduced herself and apologized for not being able to fit me in (completely unnecessary, but very professional and appreciated). On a side note I went to several review web sites before I went to the salon and foudn that there were two or three reviewers who seem to have frequented many of the sites (City Search, Google etc.)Not sure, but based on there over zealous review and support for an employee no longer working at the salon I find their reviews to bias and with little merit indicating that maybe they actually are the employee who is no longer employed.

I have been getting my hair cut by Yen Nguyen for years. She is AMAZING!!!! Whether it's a cute cut, a simple trim, or a change in color, she really knows her stuff. I always feel beautiful stepping out of her chair and will never let anyone else touch my locks! I will follow Yen anywhere she goes!!! If you want amazing hair, Yen is the one and only!!! But, on the negative side of this salon, Leeza Sands (owner) has a temper, and treats her employees will little respect. For the talent that is in Kroma, the owner is completely blind to what she has to lose. She is unprofessional. She shows no appreciation or respect to her employees or her customers.
