Get way! They lied and if you believe as unfortunaly I did, you have a contract and trash service. When I complained they told me that trainner was fired and if I would like to cancel i should pay 50% of contract. The membership does not have cancelation fee but for trainne has! But they will not tell you...

If you like searching the gym looking for weights and putting away everyone else's weights every time you come in, this is the place for you. Management actually stated it isn't their job to put weights away when I complained about it. That is not LA Fitness policy. That is a lazy manager. Trainers are horrible and act like they own the place monopolizing equipment and weights. Trainers are actually the reason nothing is put away. I've witnessed them walking away from machines without putting weight away several times. Again, not LA Fitness policy but management won't do anything about it. Any positive review of this location is either old or written by LA Fitness. I worked out here for years due to it's location and finally got sick of it. It is crowded, dirty, poorly maintained and, as stated above, just badly managed. They need to clean house here and fire everybody.

I have a been a member of this gym since 1996 and it has truly been one constant throughout the many changes in life. You can go as much as you want; If you're looking for the anonymous gym experience, you can have that too, it's not cliquey at all. Great classes and trainers.

The gym has plenty of weight equipment and cardio machines if you workout during non-peak hours. However, from 5pm-8pm excpect to stand in line to get a machine or bench.

The equipment at this location is nice. Trying to use the equipement at this location can be tricky - it gets very crowded here. Also, the personal trainers are very pushy with their sales attempts. Overall though this is one of my preferred LA Fitness locations. Keep in mind this gym is only $35 a month so don't expect anything too amazing.

They don't have a zero, so I gave a one. I generally enjoy the facilities and other members at the LA Fitness. Unfortunately, the customer service in the Personal Trainer group has caused me to loose all interest in working out there. I prefer to go to a place where you honestly feel that the people are interested in you and your results and these guys are not. I signed up for a personal training contract and got exactly the opposite of what I expected. Short work outs of 30 min instead of and hour (and therefore twice the cost) and not so great training. I like to get a workout that feels like I've given all there is instead of a workout that feels like oh oops we're out of time, buh buhye now. Anyway, that's my opinion. No way never. Buy a bicycle and ride with a group ride. Better for you and more reliable.

This is an overall good club for the money. Pluses - Clean dressing rooms and toilets, has swimming pool, has good selection of weight machines and elliptical/treadmills. LA fitness personnel are friendly. Great location, plus you can use other clubs. Minuses - High joining fee. Overcrowded at peak times. Once the AC was broken and heat inside made workout unbearable - no signs posted at entrance warning of this. Had bad experience when dealing with the personal training business located inside the club as well as with corporate when trying to cancel membership.

Very nice club; nice people but it is SO crowded from about 5-9PM weekdays...try to avoid that time if possible, otherwise prepare to wait on equipment

The gym is very clean and well maintained...I love that it's new and the equipment isn't worn down. The only drawback are all the trainers mulling around. There are a few that I feel are always "hounding" me. I have my own routine and I don't need a trainer constantly badgering me. Other than that it's a great gym.

I like that this LA Fitness branch is new, and attracts a wide assortment of people. You dont' have to already be beautiful and fit to feel comfortable here.
