terrible customer service. josephine is by far the worst of the bunch. her hands are rough and she washed my face so half hazhard i felt like she was mopping a bathroom stall, not massaging my face. she got soap in my eyes, rubbing cleanser into them so they started burning. i was tearing up so she pries open my shut eyelids and squeezes eye drops into them to try to flush it. she then goes on to tell me that the massage is not necessary, that it will actually make my face break out more. so we skip it. she leaves the room and lets me lay there doing nothing for 20 minutes. comes back and proceeds to do my pore extractions which in this case i woud refer to them as trying to gouge our my pores. they hurt really bad, more than they do normally like she was just trying to dig for gold on my face doing a scraping and digging motion which i can very well do on my own at home if i wanted to walk around with scars. she quickly dabs on some astringent after and applies a mask then rushes out of there telling to rest and sleep. the room is noisy, the lights are bright i obviously do not fall asleep. if everylyn is a good business woman she should seriously reconsider her staff. some of those girls are very lazy and do not even bother to be polite or put on a show in regards to customer service. when she is not around, the girls sit and read their magazines. they rush through the facials and they are not at all relaxing.
