Front office staff is rude, inefficient and less than competant. 2 weeks & 7 calls to request a simple script for a CPAP supplier's home visit have been completely ignored. This patient is 2 weeks post-cardiac surgery and having to make his own CPAP adjustments. First visit resulted in 1-1/2 hour wait- unacceptable. STRONGLY encourage all readers to select ANYONE else as a PCM.
