Customers from all walks of life can relate to feeling intimidated and inferior when dealing with the automotive industry. It feels like you walked into a whole new world. We dont understand whats going on, feel stressed out, but at the same time we need our CARS.
Its difficult to go to a shop and feel like you have to have a translator, a body guard or an armor on.

I just wanted to say that after having been unhappy with the auto service providers I used to go to for my ever-dependable Ford Explorer Sport, I found your staff friendly and courteous. I found the shop just the most inviting I have ever, ever visited and just felt welcomed. I found your prices competitive but reasonable. I think the location is nice because I can go grab a burrito at my favorite place down the street if I ever get hungry waiting. ;) I definitely will (and have) recommended your shop to my friends and family.
