If I could have given a 0 instead of a 1, I would have. Said they also did fencing + decking (with master carpenters employed there). All my gates need replacing. Fence is falling down in places. Had to replace the stairs they put in due to them becoming very DANGEROUS. Paint job left spatters all over my floor/trim. Called to get things fixed, no answer, no returned calls. I would never hire them again - NEVER.

I hired this company on a recommendation from a friend who knew the salesperson. My house needed major repairs: siding, roof, shower stall. They never completed the work, and the work they did finish has rotted, creating more need for repairs. Extremely poor quality. Siding falling off the house; leaking/flooding into one room; shower stall rotting; roof shingles not properly attached. I've been calling/emailing/trying to get satisfaction for two years. They will not return my calls/emails. The work they did has created a huge mess that is going to cost a fortune to repair, and all of the work LAM did needs to be redone. My complaint to the BBB went unanswered. I don't know how LAM sleeps at night, because sometimes I don't. If you value your home and your sanity hire any company to work on your house but this one!

I would not recommend this service provider to anyone under any circumstances. I hired them for a bathroom remodel. The bulk of my project was tile installation. The tile workers were extremely sloppy and left a mess every day (grout in my carpet, cigarette butts in my plants, their tools all over). I had to request multiple times that they return my extra materials and fixtures. Their work was subpar and they left the project incomplete. The contractor had to hire another sub to finish the tile work and then rip out and repair the work of the first crew. Beyond the tile, there were several missed appointments from other subcontractors. More than two months into what was supposed to be a two-week project, I finally hired someone else to finish the job. The only positive of this project was the painters. They did a good job.

We used this contractor to paint inside a house we had just purchased. The work was ok but they always wanted extra money for items we thought were covered by the estimate. They also asked for extra money since the job was harder than they thought. The color paint was even wrong which we ended up living with. Use someone else.

I used this contractor to install hardwood flooring in my home and was pleased with the work for the most part. There were some issues that needed to be resolved and I was assured that they would come back and fix the problem. I tried reaching them multiple times. When they did come out, they did not have the necessary materials. They asked me for the stain that was used for the molding but I never had this because they provided all the materials themselves. Before realizing that they weren't going to honor their word and fix their mistakes, I referred them to a friend of mine and she had a similar experience with them. The work is not bad and they will give you a low price to get the business. There are absolutely no guarantees that they will be on top of things once you've agreed to give them the business. It may be half done or you may encounter additional expenses once its underway. You've been officially forewarned.
