The item that you ordered was delivered much faster than the time frame you agreed to. We were not made aware of any "deadlines", nor were we told that you no longer want the item. It is not till the item was ready to be delivered that you decided to cancel the item.

UPDATE: Customer filed a complaint against our company with BBB. This was the result of the complaint: "Although the consumer has not expressed satisfaction in the resolution of the complaint, the BBB has determined that the response from your company addresses the disputed issues and exhibits a good faith to resolve the complaint. Therefore, the BBB has decided to close the complaint." It is clear that BBB agrees with the policies and decisions of our company. Customer keeps changing the story of what happened, providing us and BBB with false information about what really happened. As well as threatening our company with legal action and negative reviews if her desired outcome is not achieved.
