I had to change my formerly positive rating to this: The company has gone downhill. The formerly hardworking workers turned into disgruntled employees that disrespect the company's owner. Serious flaws have emerged in the work which will cost me tens of thousands of dollars to remedy. Landscape West's owner won't answer his phone and usually goes for days before responding to voice messages. Expensive and problematic. I do not recommend this company.
