I took my car to Honda for some work. Customer service was pretty good but I thought their prices were high. I would not recommend paying for the "inspection on a new vehicle" because its a joke. I wanted to make sure the new car I bought was mechanically sound. For $95, they walked around the car and did a visual check. They did not drive it or check anything mechanically.

I first went to Gwinnett Place Honda and then Gwinnett Place Nissan, but ended up having an horrible experience with them. I found Lanier Honda and immediately noticed they cared to get me in a good car. The salesperson would call and make sure I still liked the car. I also had a wonderful experience with the service department. I highly recommend them

Donna in the Service Dept. is the best! I followed her to Lanier Honda from another Honda Dealership and have been going to Donna since late 80's early 90's. She is patient and very, very knowledgable.

I bought my car here 2 years ago and enjoyed the experience so much that I take my car to get it serviced there as well. They are prompt and courteous. I bought my last Honda at Gwinnett Place and used to get it serviced there as well. Everytime I went to Gwinnett Place, it was a bad experience. It is the exact opposite at Lanier Honda. The service and experience is so good that I drive 12 miles out of my way to go there vs going around the corner to Gwinnett Place Honda. I cannot say enough good things about Lanier Honda (now Mall of Georgia Honda).

The sales staff at Lanier misrepresented a car that I bought. They lied about miles, tire life, warrenty, etc. There were countless problems with the car and they were totally apathetic about the problems. They refused to help and refused to make thisgs right... Don't trust them on used car sales.

I run an automotive dealership in Atlanta, not a Honda store, and recently wanted to buy a Honda S2000. I informed the Sales Manager there of who I was and what I did for a living and asked him for his best price on one. This is around a $30K vehicle and he offered me $200 discount. That's right, $200. From his showroom I called Curry Honda, and the offered me one for $1000 over invoice. I cannot imagine anybody buying a car from these arrogant people. (I run an Audi dealership, and just like the S2000 more than our roadster.)

I serviced my Honda Accord at Lanier twice, and the service was okay. In both cases, I had to drop the car off an leave it for hours - once for a simple oil change and once for some recall work. They didn't provide the free car wash either, which they offered and I requested.

Their customer service approach is a bit arrogant and I would consider it average, if you have other choices I would consider trialing other Honda dealers for your service.

I purchased my Honda at Lanier three years ago. Since that date, Steve Calvin in their service department has been providing excelent service!!! I live closer to three other Honda dealerships but Steve and the folks at Lanier make it worth my drive. Steve is great about recomending things I can do to save money on the operation of my Honda as well.
