Sadly, the customer service at Larue Hambrick Realty was the worst I've experienced in 40 years. I would never recommend this business to anyone. There was no continuity when setting up my lease. I would call to speak with Ms Larue and her staff and each time someone would say that they either "tried calling you (me) back and your line was busy" or say they did not receive my message which was not true. I was in the process of signing a lease with them, but opted to take my time and money elsewhere because the staff were not well organized and when I finally voiced my concerns, one of the staff became absurdly defensive and rude. They did not offer a solution and flat out did not care. The staff member went as far as to tell me that "at Larue Hambrick's, we have a lot of Satisfied Customers so we won't miss you."
