I am a bit of a bread snob, so I was thrilled to find this place. The baker was trained in France and truly understands how to produce a loaf that is tender on the inside and crusty on the outside. The almond croissants are heavenly, as are the regular croissants and the pain au chocolat. Also try the sandwich au trois fromages (3 cheese sandwich) or the croque monsieur for lunch. Don't let the location (strip mall) deter you. You will not be sorry you took the time to find this bakery!
