Originally installed a Kenwood bluetooth radio that was very complicated to use. Even the two installers had trouble programming the radio. I complained to the management and after a half hour arguing with them, and the installers saying the radio was a nightmare, they finally installed another radio, which is not the most user friendly. But rather than go back and experience more stess, I will live with the $290 Sony and hope for the best. Management only wanted to insult me, rather than offer customer service.
