EVERYONE EVERYONE...... DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. THEY PUT AN ENGINE IN MY CAR FOR ABOUT $5800. I WAS TOLD FROM MY FIANCE COMPANY I HAVE 24K MILE WARRANTY OR TWO YEARS WHICH EVER COMES FIRST. SO I BELIEVED IT. MAYBE TWO MONTHS OF ME GETTING MY CAR BACK IT WOULDNT START SO I HAD TO BUY A $130 BATTERY FROM THEM. MONTH LATER I HAVE A BIG OIL LEAK AND THEY SAY IM OVER MY 6000K MILE WARRANTY AND I SAID NO I HAVE 24K OR 2 YEARS. EVEN ON MY RECEIPT SAYS 24K MILE WARRANTY OR 2 YEARS. 6000K MILE WARRANTY IS..........NO WHERE ON THERE......WHEN I SAY NO WHERE I MEAN NO WHERE. PLEASE BE ADVISE...... LEAVE THIS SHOP ALONE. SO THEY DONT WANT TO HONOR WHAT THE RECEIPT SAYS OR WHAT MY FINANCE COMPANY SAY AND I DO HAVE THEN ON SPEAKER PHONE RECORDING SAYING 24K MILE WARRANTY OR 2 YEARS AND STILL DONT WANT TO HONOR IT. MY ATTORNEY SAW THIS RECEIPT AND HE SAID ITS CLEAR AS DAY 24K MILE WARRANTY OR 2 YEARS. SO SMALL CLAIMS COURT HERE WE COME. RIGHT IS RIGHT.... JUST HONOR WHAT THE RECEIPT SAYS AND DO GOOD BUSINESS. I can't take it to another shops bc it voids the receipt. If on the receipt it says 6000k mile WARRANTY then I have nothing to say but it doesn't. DONT USE THE SHOP AND IF YOU DO***PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MAKE THEM PUT ON THE RECEIPT THE FULL DETAILS BC THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT EVEN IF ITS ON THERE. SO BE PREPARED TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS LIKE ME. ILL SAY THIS THE PEOPLE THERE WERENT MEAN BUT JUST NOT DOING GOOD BUSINESS AND HONORING THE RECEIPT. ANY QUESTIONS PUBLIC FIFTHAVE5TH@G

Chris refused to work on my vehicle after I rented a car hauler and towed my vehicle to him. He told me that the car did not have compression and was misfiring. The car had a used motor installed with all new coil packs and spark plugs and it turned out to be his equipment. Then he called back two hours later stating he would not work on the car. The motor mount broke and the car's timing belt was out of time and it runs great now..

We were getting ready for an out-of-town trip when the motor on the back gate of the mini-van burned out. Chris and Angie (the owners) got a new motor and replaced it, only to find out that when the original equipment died, it had taken something else out with it. They got a replacement part for that, and it turned out they'd been sent the wrong part this time. They had to send it back. Long story short, they've been jumping through hoops these last few days to get the van ready for the road! They never do work without giving you an estimate, and I've never found one of their estimates to run over by even one penny. If something new comes up that's going to add to the cost, they always call and ask before they do anything. With few exceptions, your car will be ready when they say it will be, and it WILL be fixed. As long as they've owned the business, I don't think we've ever had to take one of our vehicles back to get the job done right.

Lee's Automotive is a LIFE SAVER!! I had been taking my vehicle(s) to the same automotive shop for the last 15 years and didn't realize how much they were taking advantage of me and overcharging me until I walked into Lee's Automotive and spoke with Chris. He saved me about $1000.00 on a repair for my vehicle, that I will ONLY be taking my car to CHRIS AT LEE'S AUTOMOTIVE!! Great, honesty, speedy service. Thanks Chris and Angie for making my experience stress free and inexpensive. Y'all are the BEST in town!!

I took my car to Lee's a few weeks ago and I got a the best price quote (I called several places and it was at least 75 to 100 dollars more) They were extremely friendly, fixed my car within just a couple hours, and even gave me a ride to work!!! I will definetly be going back here for all my car repairs :)

Lee's Automotive is a great place to take your car to have work done. When I took mine, they were fast and efficient, and the pricing was great. I also felt very secure there....I didn't feel I was being "messed over" like I've experienced at other shops over the years...

Lee's used to have great technicians when it was owned by "Lee" himself. it has since been sold to other owners, and they are young and inexperienced. All I got was an extremely high price and a punk attitude. I used to be a steady customer but not anymore. Bye Lee's, it was great while it lasted.

My car needed several repairs. Because I am incredibly frugal, I spent over 3 hours price shopping all over the north Atlanta area. I was amazed when I received the quote from Lee's. It was significantly lower than every other quote I had received. Because of this, I brought my car in all the way from Cumming,GA(over 40 miles away). When I arrived, I was again surprised. Unlike almost every other auto repair experience I've had, Lee's did not try to upsell me, revise my quote, sell me anything unnecesarily, or add any hidden fees. I estimate that I saved about 40% on my repairs. Oh yeah... they were also incredibly friendly and completed the work quickly. Lee's is the best!!!
