I was a regular customer for several years at Leiters. They lost me as customer, because the business was inherited by the owner's son. When the father ran the business, he provided a high level of personal service, which is expected at this type of small family owned business. The father got to know his customers, and gave appropriate advice for each individual customer. When asked, the father would make specific recommendations for clothing. The father apparently retired and turned the business over to his son, who does not know the first thing about running a men's cloting store. The son does not interact with customers and expects customers to just walk in like it is a Walmart, pick your clothing and pay. When I asked the son for some clothing advice, he blew me off, like I was interruping his afternoon nap. Here's a news flash for the 'new' Leiters, you are fired! I have taken my money and am now spending it at a men's clothing store that gives the level of service you used to give.
