Went in to purchase a 2010 lexus. Salesperson was very pushy, insisted I had to put money down, the interest rate would only last 1 more day and tried to sell me a car that did not have options I wanted. Moreover, insisted the quotes I had from other dealers were not true and under invoice. Also played math games to try to prove his point but didnt work as I had list of invoice pricing with me. Walked out and went to Carlsbad instead where we got a great deal, got to think about it for a day, and no games or pushing. Avoid salesperson Doyle (sp.) at all costs.

i came to the lexus dealership to get an oilchange for my RX350 and was thinking the experience was going to be above average and better than say toyota. it wasnt. the guys who greet you when you pull your car up were hardly friendly and looked/acted like they should be working at costco instead of for a company like lexus. the lounge? yea pleasant, not much else. the helpfulness of the guy CHRIS who typed in my info for what service to perform... not. i went to the showroom and outside lot to check out the IS 350 because i need a second car, and the salesmen.... well lets say there are better, more professional and friendly guys at CARMAX. working at lexus doesnt mean you own the company. as a lexus employee, you should know your position as a agent who provides customer service befitting of a nicer car company. i've had better service at jiffylube. at least they get the job done within 2o minutes and dont waste my time.

Poor customer service in the service dept. Dropped off car on Sunday and still by Tuesday by noon we still had not had the car even looked at. Service writer would take 3 hours to return messages and would not call the 2nd number listed on service slip for contact purposes. We finally said to forget it and we will come and pick up our car to take to someone else. When we picked up the car we still had to wait 20 minutes for a car that was never serviced and then there were no apologies from Lexus. They are too BIG to care about one customer. It was the first and last visit to Lexus Kearny Mesa.

Had the best experience in car buying this past weekend when we worked with Tania in the internet department. I would go back to her in a heartbeat. Honest, straightforward, responded to questions promptly. Can't go wrong.

I've been taking my Lexus here since it was new, and I've never had a bad experience. My advisor, Adam, is always honest and easy to deal with. After dealing with other local dealers (Nissan and BMW), I really feel that I've become spoiled by Lexus Kearny Mesa.

The service writer was very willing to help when I first arrived...but, when I picked my car up...I noticed the car was not washed completly(this was to be a free wash with my 1200.00 plus cost of basic service) and the next day my 3 tire caps were found to be loose,1 was already lost, and when I called to ask about these issues, no one ever returned my phone call....NOT my choice of returning service....

Lexus of Kearny Mesa is a great place to have your Lexus serviced. It's a little pricey, but you know that they will do an excellent job on your vehicle and will make sure that you are completely satisfied with the services they provide.
