After receiving a postcard advertising the new doc in your practice and making an appt,(months in advance because we were applying for new insurance), I brought my 11 daughter in for her first appt, having great expectation of finding a female doctor for her long term care. Arriving 5 mins. early, I was greeted coldly by the receptionist who told me she'd be with me in a min, as she finished paperwork. When I came to the desk with my filled out forms (except ss#) I explained that I did not have the medical cards yet, but provided a letter from my insurance co. with proof of coverage. I realized it was an essential requirement and asked what I could do to proceed. I was asked to make a call to my insurance co. and get info to be faxed in which I attempted, but was not yet in their system. I apologized offering to pay in full,or reschedule? What proceeded was a passive song and dance about meeting with the office mngr and ended with the receptionist telling me that because I technically missed my appt while calling the insurance co., and took a 30 min slot, that we could not reschedule. Wow....in all my life as the mother of 5 I have never been treated with such disrespect! Maybe someone should enlighten you that if your brochure boosts about being "dedicated to patients well being", you are far from it...your front line represents your firm of doctors. Rest assured I will do my best to help others avoid my experience!

my family and I all have primary care physican in this office. We have always recieved excellent care and follow-up. As a health care professional, I refuse to settle for less, and with LIfeway I dion't have to.

Excellent Family Practice. Friendly. Good one-on-one with patients. We've always been happy with the staff and if we can't get in to see one of the Dr.'s, they have an excellent Nurse Practitioner. Impressed with the way they help you choose the best treatment options, including homeopathic options.
