Almost every review for this company is bad and I would agree with it! What a horrible experience dealing with them. The people in the office dont want to help. I had a showing set for 7pm. Jamie cancelled at 6pm because she was sick. I found out later that my gf saw her at the soccer fields. If this is any indication of not wanting to take care of people I dont know what is. Stay away from this company!!

I was given a notice of a late fee today (Saturday) for failure to pay a fee from last month even tough I payed the rent 2 days ago and no mention was made of a fee. I went directly to their office with the intent to pay the fee only to discover they are not open for business or Saturdays. Overall Lighthouse Cove has proven to be a hassle to deal with, they do not work well with people on a military schedule, hence the late fee in the first place, they are difficult to get in touch with and keep poor hours, especially when they deliver a time sensitive fee while they're closed They enforce a late fee of 10% of the entire rent regardless of the percentage of the rent that is actually late. I strongly suggest never renting from Lighthouse Cove if you can avoid it.

I first hired Lighthouse Cove to manage one of my rental properties in 2002. When one of the company's employees became the new owner in 2007, I continued my business relationship with Lighthouse as I thought the great service I had previously received would stay the same. What a bad decision. My experiences under the new ownership have been, in a nutshell, disappointing. In December 2009, I terminated my relationship with Lighthouse Cove. When compared to the property managers I have for my other rental properties, Lighthouse Cove's property management services is by far the worst!
