I was a big baby and was scared to come to the dentist for years!!! After first meeting Sandra and the front desk a felt a comfort. After going in the back and listing to the music to calm my nerves Dr. Brodsky assured me that I was going to ok, Dr Brodsky is the most considerate, patient, and thoughtful dentist ever. Renee was wonderful, And guess what? I didn't need the gas. Best dental experience ever!!You guys can not retire until my mouth is Healthy!! highly recommended

I went in for my second appointment today and was given the fee for my treatment. I was prepared to pay what my insurance company told me I would be responsible for, but the financial girl (I believe her name was Sandra was very rude)handed me a paper that had some fees on it which included a $350 lab fee!! I was having a crown and build up done and from my experience and from what my insurance company has told me, the lab fee is always included in the price of the crown. I questioned the fee and was told this is what we have done for 25 years and you have to pay it! The code used for this "lab fee" is not even a real dental code, its just a code that the office make up so they can try to charge more. I asked for a copy of the paper and I was told I don't need it because I was not having the services done. Its a shame that because of an "up charge" of $350 they just lost out on a $1000 + treatment (my copay and the insurance copay)for the morning and any future treatment I may have needed. I was very upset and disappointed with how the situation was handled. Needless to say I will not be returning to this office nor will I recommend them to any of my friends.

I am a retiree and must always seek ways to control expenses. I chose Dr. Brodsky about two years ago because she is an "in network" dentist on my dental plan. I recently got zapped for a large sum of money for a simple filling, no Novocain required. The explanation was that the material for the filling was not covered by my plan. I was not advised beforehand so I could seek service from a true "in network" provider. "In Network" should mean just that.

Dr. B is one of the best dentists I've ever been to in the area! She took time to thoroughly check ALL of my teeth, as well as my "problem" tooth. She took her time to address my problem, and made me feel comfortable. Many times people feel great anxiety about going to the dentist, but this is someone who will make all of your woes disappear in the chair. Don't listen to any negative reviews, because they were probably awful patients! Dr. B is a joy and VERY personable. Also, I felt wonderful after my procedure and no pain! I suggest anyone who desires a funny, intelligent, and caring dentist to visit Dr. B!!!! Oh, and her staff is amazing too...especially Sandra. Overall, great place to go and proficient!

I'm phobic of needles in my mouth and Dr. Brodsky did a great job. I didn't feel a thing. Her work was superb and she took the extra time needed to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend Dr. Brodsky.

Definitely not going back to Dr. Lisa Brodsky's office... I am not the one to complain usually, but looking for a new dentist now brought some recent experiences back to my mind; Dr. Brodsky did two crowns for me last year. Her staff was not very professional; for example, one of her assistants was answering the phone, doing all the estimates with my medical insurance and assisting Dr. Brodsky when she was working on my tooth - and yes, she was not pleasant on the phone, she couldn't subtract round numbers when explaining my cost to me over the phone, and pulled out an existing tooth crown after multiple attempts of taking impressions for the new crown, yes, I am not joking! Another assistant gave me a diluted Listerine after cleaning my teeth. Dr. Brodsky made her bring a new one - After a few long visits, the crown that Dr. Brodsky ordered came poorly made and she had to send it back to be corrected. The worst is that food gets stuck between my new crown and my old teeth now and I never had this issue before.

I am sorry that your experience at my office was not up to your expectations. I would be happy to correct the problem that you are experiencing. Please call the office at your earliest convenience to rectify this problem. Dr Brodsky
I have been going to Dr Brodsky for over 25 yrs. If you just want something to get by with, she is not your dentist. If you want to get it fixed and done right, she is the greatist. As far as the bad review the x rays do not lie. Her and her staff always make you feel at ease and go way out of thier way for pateint comfort. I am not going anywhere else.

I was told by Dr. Brodsky that I had numerous cavities and had, to date, already had roughly 5 drilled into and filled with tooth colored resin. Since I moved and now have a new dentist, he relays that almost all of these are not cavities. These spots on my teeth are from grinding my teeth so much that small pieces of enamel have chipped off. However, there is no decay in these teeth. No drilling is needed, but only some tooth colored resin and polishing. I was appalled to hear that my old dentist was either unaware or obtaining more money from applying local anesthesia and drilling into each one. It is sad that we must take our service provider's word for it when it comes to our health like this. Patient beware.
