We were in the market for a new home purchase and were delighted to find Loft 5 in November 2008. After months of switching documents, additional pages, change after change...we finally moved in on March 1st 2009. From the begining it has been a nightmare. Previous management was RMI, then switched to RADCO, and now is someone else. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE AN OWNERSHIP COMMUNITY!!! The majority of people here are leasing and have no stake in property value. Our common areas hardly get maintained. We're into our unit with plumming issues, flooring that was not adequately sealed, and a broken refrigerator. After speaking with other residents we learned that everyone has had the same problems and virtually no one has an ice maker! All appliances are Sub Zero or Wolf, these issues should not exist! Huge disappointment for the amount of money we are in contract for and the "luxury" we have been promissed. No other word than disappointing to keep it mature. Buyer be ware.
