Expert management! The property that the take care of is in good hands. I sincerely appreciate their ability to handle tough situations as well as accurately handle the more tedious accounting aspects. I am very pleased with them.

In the time I have worked with them they have proven to be a very competent and diligent management. In comparison, my previous property manager was far less so. They are doing great and I look forward to a long business relationship.

You have an honest, straightforward approach and I admire that. My business thrived on those principles in my thirty year real estate career in the Durham, Chapel Hill area. I love to see that same approach in the younger generation. Duplicity costs everyone time and money, and as trite as it may sound: the truth sets us free.

I've sent two clients your way in the last couple months and as usual I am so impressed with your level of service. Both clients have commented on the attention to detail and level of service your firm provides. Both of their homes were leased in just a couple weeks and they are thrilled. Kudos to all of you!

Debbie has been doing such a good job. We had an issue with a tenant and she took care of it, speaking with them and the HOA manager. She's kept me informed and tried her best to resolve the issue. She is a professional, and an essential part of your team. I appreciate her good work.

First I want to say that I am very impressed at how quickly and smoothly the management of my rental went through. You guys have done a great job on everything. I'm happy and relieved to know there will be a renter in my property by the first of the month. I will continue to refer people to you and I look forward to our ongoing working relationship.

The rental contract explicitly states that Louise Beck Properties (LBP, "the Agent") is not liable to you, the Tenant. It also says that, in order to get repairs on the rental property, you must contact the Landlord in writing. LBP, however, refuses to give you the Landlord's contact information. Since you cannot contact the Landlord in writing, you cannot actually obligate anyone to make repairs on the property. This is just one example of what is generally a very lopsided contract. Read it carefully before signing away your claims, protections, and peace of mind. I've signed many rental contracts, but I could not sign this one, especially in light of LBP's refusal to make any amendments (I waited several days for Adam Brown to return my call; when I did speak to him, he candidly acknowledged the reasonableness of my concerns; he also refused to make even the most minimal alteration to the contract).
