I truly believe you can tell a lot about a business by the way customers are treated. My wife innocently asked Love's Legacy if she could come take a look at the new puppies and if they took a check for the $100 deposit. Their response was condescending and rude. Let's send a message to companies that treat their customers with disrespect! Here's the rude email response: "(name omitted), please take the time to actually go to the information website and read about how we place our shih tzu puppies, no I do not accept personal checks that is clearly stated on my information website. There are pages and pages of information on how we place our puppies on that second website. Much more information then I can type out in an email to each person that sends me an email."
