One would think that a business would like to leave a good impression with a first-time customer...but alas...no. i ordered a margarita pie & diet cola for home delivery...they brought me regular cola & a pie that simply was NOT a margarita as it was missing one of the key ingredients. When i called to advise of the mistakes..they did not offer to rectify the problem. They simply said...well next time you can blah blah blah. Sorry to report that with lack of costmer appreciation displayed upon my first encounter...there will NOT be a next time. Currious to note that they ask if you'd like to add a tip to the charge made to your credit card but wouldn't offer an extra bottle of cola to make up for their mistake. Good luck sustaining your business of one-time customers.
