I have taken multiple cars to Mr. Castillos (the owner) for repair (3 teenage drivers) and he has always done a good job for me at a reasonable price. My only (minor) complaint would be that he sometimes is a little aggressive in his time estimates for completing the repair.
Some of these other reviews reference someone named Jabari. I have utilized this business approximately 6-8 times in the last 10 years and have never met anyone named Jabari. I am not sure those reviews are referencing the same business.

Got into a wreck with my challenger and it needed major work (hood, grill, and fender). Edwin took care of me. He puts your experience and car first, rather than the money. Great customer service, and quick work. Paint matching was excellent as well. My car literally looks brand new! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

After being completely screwed over by a con-artist, I stepped out on faith and visited Luxury Auto Body to have work done to my 2013 Startfire Peal Lexus GS 350 F-Sport. I was initially drawn to the body shop by the high-end vehicles that were on the lot for service. I was immediately impressed by the friendly staff and their willingness to provide a detailed estimate without an appointment. I was further delighted that the owner, Mr. Castillos, sensed my frustration after being ripped off by someone else. As a result, he and his knowledgeable staff started to work on my vehicle right away. My amazing experience heightened when I learned that my vehicle would be ready the same day. When I picked up the car, it had been carefully restored to OEM specifications. Also, the price was even cheaper than promised on the estimate. In sum, great customer service and premium work are what this company epitomize. If I am ever in need of body work again, Luxury Auto Body is the only stop for me!!!

So to elaborate, I had a minor accident and didn't want to pay a fortune to have my 5 yr old BMW fixed, but at the same time I didn't want a lousy repair job. I found this shop through neighbor advice, stopped by for an estimate and the owner was very sensitive to my situation, gave me an amazing deal and the car looks perfect he even touched up a few other dings, scratches etc at no additional charge. All done on time, super professional and again perfect work at a very reasonable cost.

This body shop is an untheical place. They took insurance money for my car repair and tried to not repair what they were paid to do. I had to inspect everything multple times, have the insurance inspector call and visit a few times just to get the work done that they were paid to do. This place takes short cuts when repairing your vehicle and you will need to inspect all of the work closely to make sure thye did what they were supposed to. My insurance comapny, Allstate, will not allow use of this shop from I have heard and I recommend not using these unethical people to repair your vehicle! I had a miserable experience and the owner of the shop is a real challenging, sneaky individual!

I took my vehicle in to get a headlight assembly repaired. I asked Jabari to call me before doing any work. He called me a few days later to say the work had been completed! Huh? I didn't even receive a quite. That wasn't the issue, though, as the price was completely acceptable. When I went to pick the car up, I turned it on, and three dashboard alerts/ indicators went off in the vehicle. I asked Jabari about it, and he claimed these weren't related to the headlight issue. I found it odd that so many alerts were occurring so son after a repair. These were not an issue at all the day I dropped my car off at Luxury Auto Body. I asked Jabari to hook it up to a diagnostic computer to determine the issue. He agreed and I returned 20 minutes later to a smiling Jabari, stating that everything was fine now. I started the car, and once again, the indicators were lit up like a christmas tree. He immediately starting backpedaling, saying that the the only thing they did was remove the bumber and temperature sensor to repair the headlight assembly. He went on to explain that he did not have the equipment to reset the computer and that there was nothing more he could do. The next day I took the vehicle to Buckhead Imports. The are obviously better equipped to repair and service vehicles, as they had the proper equipment to run a diagnostic check. Within minutes they determined that the temperature sensor was improperly re-installed on my vehicle,
