Executive.. Chef Nate Ciardelli has over 16+ years in the industry. Studying under top local twin city chefs like Chef Paul Lynch of Fire Lake, Minneapolis, MN, Chef Jim Kyndberg of Crave, Downtown. He believes in using local & sustainable ingredients to build seasonal dishes from scratch.
Chef Nate Ciardelli brought big city flavor and scratch cooking to the suburb of Richfield. With 3 years of competition BBQ experience in Colorado. He brings the low and slow cook of the rocky mountains to the mid-west.
