I have purchased a 2015 BMW 320i. From MGM AUTO the moment we stepped foot inside we had someone attend us. I had visited several dealerships nearby and seemed almost impossible to have someone fully engage, especially considering that I am a female and most people assume that women have no knowledge of vehicles or financing. At MGM AUTO I had all our questions answered and was offered to look at options and even drive any car I was interested in. Our sales person was MR. Mgerian . He was extremely knowledgeable on all BMW inquiries. Professional in both his knowledge and demeanor. EX-Military that says it all , The best part of this customer service was his constant follow up. It was my first purchase and with all sincerity a bit nervous, but he made the process a breeze. He was very sincere and honest with his advice on my purchase. He made himself available to speak at my convenience. It was great. There is not one staff person that I encountered who wasn't extremely friendly and accommodating. They make the wait tolerable offering a variety of services including beverages and water. My family has made BMW purchases in the past and I don't think there has been any dealership with this much attentiveness. MGM AUTO BMW has impeccable maintenance plans I purchased a certified BMW and one would never know it was used. The pricing on their vehicles is also great. I got a great deal considering the condition of the car. I would recommend this specific deale

Nothing but a great experience here in terms of low pressure, highly informative, engaged service all around. I walked in 2 hrs before their close time and they sat me down and talked me through all the pros and cons of the models I was looking for, with a no-nonsense approach I totally wasn't expecting. ANI (sales) and Mgerian (finance) seamlessly took me through the whole process and treated me like a friend and I never felt rushed; which to me, is high praise, when all of my past car dealership experiences felt more like fencing matches. I had a small issue with 1 of the 2 keys I received not working. I called MGMand the owner offered to buy me new keys. He said the only issue was with the key not being used the batteries would die. I wasn't concerned with it so I never followed up. The owner called to let me know when my p,ares came in. He again offered to fix the key. Not necessary, but the thought that he remembered is nice.

Thank you Mr. Mgerian for a very pleasant experience. This was our first BMW purchase, and I am so glad I took my time shopping. He offered me a great selection, and never once pressured me to buy. I highly recommend MGM AUTO because I've been shopping over a month and a half for a vehicle and FOUND that MGM AUTO has the best selection of high-end vehicles they do have their mechanics checking their VEHICLES before they sell them and I witnessed that THEY WILL NOT SELL YOU A CAR BEFORE THEY CHECKED THE CAR I TRY TO BUY ONE THAT THEY JUST GOT IN MGM OWNER TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NOT READY BECAUSE MECHANICS HAVE NOT CHECKED IT YET I EVEN SPOKE TO MECHANIC AND THE GUY WORKS AT THE BMW CENTER BUT HE WORKS PART-TIME AT MGM AUTO THAT MADE ME VERY VERY COMFORTABLE BUYING A CAR FROM MGM AUTO VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESPEOPLE AND THE OWNER IS A TRUE ASSET TO THE COMPANY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD THANK YOU MGM CUSTOMER FOR LIFE WILL BE SENDING ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO MGM
My mother recently bought her Honda CR-V from MGM Auto and referred Mr. Mgerian to me. I can always trust her to find good people to deal with. I called him that evening to let him know what I was looking for. He was able to recommend two SUV's to me - both in great shape with low mileage and great prices. Two days later, I was able to go down for a test drive and after getting my loan all set, I purchased my Toyota 4Runner SR5 (2006 with 65,000 miles and leather seats) the next day. I only have great things to say about my experience. Mr. Mgerian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time on the phone and in person with me answering all of my questions - financial and auto. He even helped me find an awesome interest rate on a loan. I found him to be very kind, straightforward, honest and trustworthy. He always made himself available to me and I never felt any pressure. I am very glad to know there are still business men like him still out there. He turned what had been an exhausting experience with other dealers into an easy (fast!) and enjoyable one. Trading-in my old car was also hassle free. I know I won't need another car for a long time, but I will definitely go back to him and would recommend MGM Auto to anyone who is looking for a great car. Let him know what you want and he will help you find exactly that! My SUV is in awesome shape and I am enjoying it very much!

In regards to the unhappy customer who posted this review: This is a simple case of a customer who does not pay her bills and wants to lash out at the retailer for taking action that was long overdue. This customer first of all financed a Volvo from MGM auto back January of 2011. To help the owner was nice enough to finance her for a term of 12 months with 0% APR. (FYI: This is unheard of in financing unless you have impeccable credit!) After purchase she never made a payment which should have been 1st payment default but because she told MGM she had cancer he gave her a break. Mr. Mgerian was nice enough to work with her for 6 months without taking any sort of monies for the vehicle. The customer then decided to cancel her insurance on the vehicle on the first of July 2011. Just like any dealer would Mr. Mgerian was forced to repossess the vehicle, not only due to lack of coverage for the vehicle but also due to non payment. The customer was upset because she obviously has no sense of business. She wants to drive a vehicle for free and have no insurance on it. If she were to wreck the vehicle, MGM would be at a loss for the money that he invested into the vehicle. She apparently can't pay her bills so if she were to total the uninsured vehicle,she would definitely not be responsible enough to pay her debt for it.This is just a simple case of a person trying to take advantage of a small business and crying wolf because she didn't get her way!

I do not recommend this car shop to anyone, the owner Karen is rude, he works the #'s and cheats you out of money from a trade, and over prices, but worse of all if you have problems he say come by I"ll take care of it, then you go and he doesn't believe you that the car is not working right, "he says well it was driving fine when you left" and that is a way of him getting you, my son bought a car there and he ended losing money,big mistake doing business there, he kept us waiting for over 2hrs to get him to help us. He lost employees and customers to his behavior. DON'T BUY THERE!!! RIP OFF, RUDE!!!

st car buying experience I've ever had! Mr. Karen Mgerian is a sweetie. He worked very hard to find the perfect car for me. My 2007 BMW is a certified preowned vehicle in tip top shape. Great price & great service. I definitely recommend MGM Auto to all my family and friends.

Wow!! What's not to like. I retired from the car business after 45 years and have seen every type of dealer and or salesman that their is. This place is at the top of my list!! I went with my 23 year old grand daughter to look at a 2007 Honda Civic and I was prepared to "play games" all afternoon (and I'm one of the best). What a PLEASANT. Not onlw was the car priced WELL below the "book" price, but absolutely in like-new condition...not to mention the excellent detailing from front to rear. If you're in the market and don't consider this business, you're doing yourself an injustice. I would go back there in a minute and refer all my friends too. REAL CUSTOMER OF MGM AUTO
