I reserved a taxi to the airport on their website a week prior to my flight. I even received a confirmation email a day or two before they were coming. On the day of my flight they were late so I called 10 minutes after and again 30 minutes after they were supposed to show up. Naturally they told me they would "be right there" which turned into "the driver couldn't find the place". I guess they lost my cell phone number and address that I had input online. So I had to drive myself to the airport and almost missed my flight. However, in their defense, I did receive a call just as I was boarding the plane that they were in front of my house and waiting for me. I'm trying to get reimbursed for parking, but that is highly unlikely. I will post again with what happens.

I made a reservation for myself and my husband weeks prior to our trip. I never received a phone call confirmation or price quote for airport pick-up. When I called them a few days before our trip, I explained that we had 2 small children traveling with us with car seats. They assured me they would be there to pick us up. The driver was 15 minutes late and was driving a TAXI CAB! The driver was doubtful he was going to fit everything in (between passengers and luggage). We didn't have an excessive amount of luggage - just 2 suitcases and a stroller. He told us we should have asked for a van. When we got in the taxi, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The driver was very courteous, however I did not feel safe in his car. I am very disappointed that the company did not send an appropriate vehicle, especially since I called them to confirm our pick-up. If I wanted a regular taxi-cab, I would have called for a taxi. My expectations were higher since I was under the impression that I was calling a limousine company. I DO NOT recommend this company at all!
