Talk about a company's fall from grace - My entire family have been loyal customers for over 10 years with nothing but fantastic words for Magnum. However, this last repair was an absolute implosion on all levels of business. If you are looking for a shop where your "contact" is never available to speak, voicemails/emails are only responded too when it involves money, and rarely will you get an update on your vehicle then this is the shop for you. We learned after 3 MONTHS the vehicle was far from completion and shoddy repair work had been completed after it had been dropped off at a dealership for an electronic harness they claimed unfixable (with proof in hand we later learned this harness was damaged by MAGNUM). This is far from the status they claimed the vehicle was in. The entire repair should have only taken 1-2 weeks! For example, shop poorly repaired a SAFETY ITEM with butt connectors and did not perform repairs that were paid for by my insurance company just to name a few. Additionally, no one could provide me with answers and a manager was never available until we refused to pay the remaining balance. Instead of working with their customers to resolve issues they would rather differ fault and strong arm you to get the remainder of your money. I have plenty of saved emails, pictures, and voicemails displaying this horrible excuse of a business. PLEASE AVOID THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! I can expand more if needed.

Worst customer service and shotty workmanship I've ever experienced. Their lifetime "warranty" is a joke at best. I will never, ever take one of my vehicles there again and I've been taking mine there as well as referring customers to them for 20 yrs!!! They took 2.5 months to repair my son's Camarro awhile back. It cost as much to repair it as it did to purchase. After being told we would have it back for weeks, it still wasn't completed when we were told to pick it up. The windows tinting wasn't completed, the decals weren't replaced and the trunk leaked ruining several hundred dollars worth of textbooks. Now, the paint is flaking off down to the metal where they repainted the door and they refuse to fix even after a manger said they would. When I called to reschedule they said that wouldn't do it and they bad mouthed him to me and talked down to both my son and myself. The last manager was so nice and was the only reason I allowed Magnum to repair my Mercedes a few months ago. He actually renewed faith in them but clearly things have taken a drastic change for the worst since the ownership/management. They obviously don't honor their promises, value their customers or stand behind their work. Do not take your vehicle here!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I had to bring my car to Magnum Collision Center after my car was hit by another driver. It was a big repair and multiple parts of my car had to be repaired including the trunk. It took 2 months for my car to be repaired. Although it was a long wait for my car to be repaired, it was totally worth the wait. Magnum Collision Center did an excellent job with repairing my car the right way with all new parts. My car looks like a new car. Especially I want to thank Mr. Jon Elias for the superb and excellent job he did to alleviate my worries about my car and the dealings with the opponent insurance company. He went above and beyond his duty to have things done right with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend Magnum Collision Center. I was very satisfied with my experience. Ruth

...they make it worthwhile. Several years ago I took my Mitsubishi Gallant to Magnum Collision after getting rear ended. They took the time to get the right parts to make the car look better than when I bought it. I was a bit embarrassed to be a parking lot full of cars worth many times what mine was worth. But they made me happy, so today I dropped my much nicer (but still less exotic as what I saw in the lot) Mustang for some minor repairs, and thought I'd write the review they deserved all of those years ago, and will be earning when I pick up my car this afternoon. I just got my Mercedes back from this body shop after them having it for 1 1/2 months and its a total crap job. Greg Warren did the Body Work and he is the worst body repairman I have ever seen. Do not let Greg Warren work on your vehicle. He didnt paint lots of places, lots of others barely have overspray on them. There is unfinished body work, IE bare bondo showing and extrememly unlevel areas where it wasnt even sanded smooth. It already has rust bubbles in the paint and he says it was painted 6 to 8 weeks ago. On the insides of all areas he welded on are just bare rusty welds, didnt even primer them to keep them from rusting. Have taken 15 pictures of all the flaws and will be filing small claims lawsuit against him. Have taken it to 3 different body shops that all agree EVERY single thing Greg Warren did has to be stripped down and redone. I would not recommend taking any king of vehicle to this place Magnum Collision Center. You would get a better paint job for $1000 thru MAACO. Be smart and stay away from this body shop and Greg Warren. If anybody knows of other sites in the Marietta / Dunwoody area I can post this info please let me know so I can save others the time. On a scale of 1 - 10 Ten being the best Greg Warren is a 1 That's is the worst of the worst.

Hello, my name is Mike McConville and I have owned Magnum Collision Repair Center for 30 years now. Although I haven`t read a review like this on Magnum ever before, I will personally take responsability for it. Mr. Greg Warren is definitely a Technician I am very proud to have employed for the past 10 years. He is furnished with the finest training available in the USA and Europe. He is the only Technician in 6 surrounding states that is Aston Martin "CAT-A" certified and I know him to be "one of the best" in the business. I have dealt with many collision repair shops, but this one is far superior to any of them in terms of the money and quality of work.

The waiting time of 2 weeks is ridiculous especially if insurance company is going to get your car fixed. No one is going to wait that long. Magnum collision's refusal to do anything about it or work around it or accommodate doesn't really show that they are actually concerned about customer's problem. It seems just that its all about money. Not implying that their work may not be good, as far as other reviews are concerned, it looks like they do a good job but I can't corroborate that. My ratings are based on the estimate of repair they provided and followup conversations with the estimator. Edit: I spoke with one of people in management and he solved the problem and agreed to take the car in as the scheduling only applies to drivable cars. More updates to follow.

Hello zrack13, Mike McConville here and I am the owner of Magnum Collision Repair Center. I apologize for the wait, it isn`t typical here at Magnum. Periodically we will encounter a small wait but Magnum works on anywhere from 300 to 400 vehicles at any one time. To gaurentee our quility, we will schedule "driveable" vehicles but never if it disrupts a customers schedule. I chose to Magnum mainly based on online reviews after my car got rear-ended earlier this year. The paint-job was perfect, but I was unhappy as the replacement bumper did not seem to fit right. One of Magnum's managers took the issue into his hand and things have been fixed in a heartbeat and Result is a 100% perfect job.

My wife and I were amazed at the job Magnum did on our crunched 2008 Chevrolet HHR. They did flawless body work and incredibly, matched the paintwork to perfection. Actually, when we got the car back, it looked better than when we bought it! Judging from the number of Maseratis, Mercedes, Jaguars, and other high-end cars in queue, Magnum has a sterling reputation with the most discerning car owners. We recommend this exceptional business highly.

In an industry plagued by shady characters and questionable practices Magnum puts my faith back into the auto industry. You guys ROCK!!! These guys do excellent work. Car was done when promised and looked better than when I bought it. Donny is by far the most patient and understanding person and Jim is the NICEST business owner I've met. I 150% suggest Magnum for any car repairs. They made my Mustang look beautiful again. :)
