I would definitely recommend Majestic plumbing! I had a plumbing emergency at my hair salon and they went above and beyond to help us. As a female I am hesitant when calling a plumber but they took great care of me. Ben was awesome!!

I had both of my showers in the second floor with problems to drain the water. Majestic came and clean both drains. They were very polite, answered my questions, explained me the service and very careful with their equipment to not scratch the floor and at the end cleaned the area the they worked. They also did a free inspection in the house and did not find any other problem The only con was the price which I think that was a little salty. Overall they did a great job.

They did a good job in plumbing repair but work did not take as much effort as initial estimate. Based on what it took to complete the job it as clear estimate was over the mark. Rate ended up being $185/hour for this repair. I was in a bind so took first estimate and now know to make sure and get a second estimate. They did good work but it was for a premium. I will call for other estimates in the future.

First the good -- they were on time and he was nice enough (went so far as to help me get some of the dirt out of the outside water meter). I had a leak in an outside faucet and one in the handle for the main shut off valve in the garage. He started by checking the water pressure via the water heater drain and some of the water came out dirty so he suggested draining the water heater at a charge of $217. I turned that down and he did the work on the first valve before giving me an estimate, so I was already $180 in before I knew it. I stopped him and made him quote me a charge for the rest. He said it was going to be an additional $90 to fix the leak in the shut of valve. I let him go ahead thinking it was going to be a gasket change on that as well; instead he unscrewed the handle and put plumbers tape around it. It ended up being a $289 charge to put a new gasket in the one faucet and plumber's tape around the stem of the shut off valve. I'm sorry, I realize plumbers are expensive, but that's completely ridiculous for a rubber gasket, plumbing tape and what ended up being all of 15 minutes of actual effort. I blame myself for letting him touch anything before providing an estimate, but I still will not use them again.

I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am with the Majestic Plumbing. This is the third time I have had someone out to my house to fix a leaky knob in my shower. Eric was professional and VERY knowledgeable. He was here to fix my shower but actually fixed my shower and my toilet and a water line problem I had downstairs! 5 stars for me all across the board. I will definitely be calling Majestic for any other plumbing issues that may arise! HURRAY my shower is no longer leaking! THANK YOU ERIC and MAJESTIC PLUMBING!

I hire contractors for a living and can tell you that Majestic blends performance/level of service and cost reasonableness better than any other plumbing company I have dealt with in ATL. They do everything right, from scheduling to estimates to showing up on time and getting the job done right. Can't beat a lifetime warranty, either. Have competitively bid their services against the big guys and they beat them every single time. Be weary of contractors who quote you flat rates based on some sort of standardized work primer b/c recently, Majestic saved me $700 on a main water line install to my home by providing an estimate based on a customized scope of work (they even offered me three price points based on an unknown). Phil has been my tech each time I used them and he is absolutely stellar. I believe that Majestic is operated by people of integrity who understand that we are all customers of each other in one way or another, and this is reflected in each interaction with their employees. You cannot go wrong with Majestic.

I have a sewage holding tank due to my house is below the city sewage line. My sewage sub pump that pumps from the holding tank to the street went out. The first company I called said my pump was burned out and I needed a new one. They also said that since the grade to the street was so steep and so far I needed a commercial grade grinding pump. They first quoted me $3500.00 to replace it, then the service guy called his office and after he got off the phone said it would be more like $5000.00! I told them I would think about it. Then he said "well, you can't flush the toilet until this is fixed." I called Majestic and they came out the next morning. I told Majestic my pump was bad and needed a new one. Majestic quoted me that SAME pump for one third the price!! ONE THIRD!!! SAME PUMP!!! I told them to go ahead and replace it and I went off to work. Several hours later the Majestic service guy told me that my old pump was fine and that it just needed to be rewired. He rewired it to code and put a new kill switch on the side of the house for, get this - $550.00!! WOW, I was already to pay for the new pump and I would have NEVER KNOWN that it was still good since I was not there to supervise the new install. Man that is integrity. The other company was using my emergency situation to rip me off, they assumed that I would make a rash decision and not get a second opinion. I am glad I did and I am glad I called Majestic. Will I use them again? What do you think?

I've never been able to find a decent plumber in this area. I am delighted to find a plumber who actually cares about his work and is honest! I called Magestic Plumbing about a couple of problems and ended up having work done that I needed for other plumbing issues. I will use them again! Sandy Hoskins is the best!

My 4 year old little girl flushed a toy down the toilet. The toy of course clogged the toilet and we needed an expert! I called Majestic on a Saturday morning and was so thankful to discover that they had normal hours of operation on Saturdays. The receptionist scheduled an appointment with me for the same day. They even called to let me know that the plumber was on his way. Eric arrived on time and was outstanding. He was professional, thorough and courteous. My husband and I were so very pleased. Thank you, Majestic!

I called out Majestic Plumbing for a potential issue. They were on time, made a professional check and determined that work wouldn't be necessary (luckily for me!). No charge and no attempt to 'make work'. Impressed by their attention to detail. Glad to have found them; They'll be first to be called next time.
