Back in November of 2011 I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from this dealer. With less than 30 days of ownership and less than 2000 miles driven, the car totally left me stranded. I immediatly contacted this dealer to make them aware because I thought that they would offer some type of solution to my problem. So much for me thinking that. Since the car was used I asked if they would cover half the repair which totaled $1800. I only had the car a couple of weeks! Which I thought was fair compensation. By the way, I took the car to a Mercedes Benz dealer for the repair so that it would be done right the first time. Needless to say, I would not recomend anyone do business with Malcolm Cunningham. A $25,000 purchase and they would not even stand behind what they sell. After arguing my point with the general manager, he offer me a mere $400 for my troubles which I thought was a slap in the face after I had just made such a purchase. By comparison, the local Toyota dearler fixed my Toyota with no questions asked because they knew it was the right thing to do. Malcolm Cunningham needs to take notes on how to retain a customer and provide outstanding customer service after a sale.

We rented a truck from them when moving across the country, and they gave us a great price (much better than budget) and were a joy to work with. The truck was in great shape. Would definitely recommend them again.

Long story short, took my vehicle in for a problem, and the tech said it needed an entire replacement. While the part was on order, I got a second opinion and found out it did NOT need an entire replacement, but a simple LESS EXPENSIVE alternative that corrected the problem. After speaking to the service manager, they are still sticking to their story, but they refunded the part and gave me a courtesy credit. This is actually the first time I have been able to say anything nice about the service at a local Ford dealership, and I have been to many of them in the Metro area. They are great folks, but make sure to check everything.
