I purchased a ford f150 on 8/3/2014 and was told I was approved by ford for 5.9 rate we'll on 8/13/2014 one of their sales manager called me and told me I would need a Costner to keep truck I told him he could have truck back he told me he would call me later and let me know when he called back he told me I needed to drop off truck that night or have someone dropped it off I told him they could pick it up because I did no wrong he told me they would just report it stolen which would have been a false report so me and my wife drove it and left it and the manager refused to give us a letter saying we returned it we had to call Gwinnett county police so they would make a report so we would not have any problems I hope this story just stops one person from buying from this terrible dealership

They are very friendly in selling you a car until you have problems. They give you a hard time. Unfair in trading in cars with defects. Their prices might be better than other locations. But not worth the hassle/headache. Will never buy from them again.

Do not purchase a vehicle here. They are certified used lemons! I purchased a used vehicle and in 5 weeks I had to have it towed there because it broke down and needed major repairs. They informed me I had to pay for it. I traded it out for a certified used vehicle and a week later had to take it in because it was running rough. They informed me it needed a tune up that would cost ME $430. I had to do extensive complaining before they agreed to cover the cost. When I demanded a service print out showing the work performed, it showed 3 items (some tune up). Such a hassle to work with these people, HORRIBLE customer service. I cannot believe they are allowed to sell such poor vehicles and get away with it!

We have been going to Mall of GA Ford for several years and their service department has gone down hill. We used to get excellent service from them. I recently had my oil changed and they didn't screw the plastic piece to the bottom of my car. I had to go back because it was dragging down the road. Very sloppy work. My battery died a few days later, they said they checked it and it was good. This is one among many bad experiences my family and I have recently gone through with them.

I took my 2003 Taurus there as it was acting up and I was unable to go over 45 mph. I thought is was the transmission and was prepared to pay a huge price. I worked with Marilyn who couldn't have been nicer. The total repair cost me only a fraction of what I thought it would be. My experience was great. Marilyn went out of her way to help me and made the experience very pleasant.

Took my F150 in for a check engine light that was on. Marilyn took care of it for me. I was treated great and the repair was done in one day. They even took me to the Mall and picked me up when the truck was done. GREAT JOB !!! Thanks

Simply put, bought a new Edge Nov 2010. Had issues with the Sync/My Ford Touch system from the first month. Over 20 phone call and over 40 emails with the general sales manager and the general manager and they only serviced the car 3 times. They blamed the issue on Ford and Microsoft (Sync) and told me there was nothing more they would do for me and I should find another dealer. Problem is I didn't buy the car from Ford, Microsoft or another dealer, I bought it from them and expect them to resolve the issues. 17 months later and the system still doesn't work, car is very dangerous to drive, but I still make my payments every month. Don't buy a car from them!!!!

I had the best car buying experience when I purchased my Ford Edge. The sales professional was polite and courteous to my needs and wants and led me to the vehicle I desired. During the demo ride he was very informative and helpful, and was never pushy or pressuring like a usual car salesman. Overall, everyone there was great and I would highly reccomend stopping by Mall of Georgia Ford and speaking with Jesse if you are in need of a vehicle. Great service, great people, happy customers. Thank you Mall of Georgia Ford and I will be buying my vehicle from here for now on.

I went to MOGF to purchase a new car. I got an online quote and found what I like. When they came back with my trade-in #'s, it was over $6000 less than another dealership. They told me it had to be less because they were giving me $4000 off MSRP. They also advised me that the other dealership probably wasn't giving me $4000 off MSRP and they were right, it was over $4200 off and $6500 more on trade-in. I will never go back after they made me feel like an idiot.

It's been a few years now but one Labor Day I was thinking about starting to look for a new Explorer. I'd been checking the internet and none of the Atlanta dealers had the exact model/features/color I wanted. On the way back from Lake Lanier we dropped into Mall of Georgia Ford, late in the day on the last day of the month. They had the EXACT Explorer I was looking for and had just pulled it off the truck - it still had the plastic on it. They cut me such an amazing deal (I know - I had done my homework) that I couldn't say no. They dealer prepped the car in record time. When I didn't have a check handy they wrote me a loan just so I could take the car that day - a loan I paid off the next Monday.

I would rate my experience buying my truck as great. The dealer experience was ok, but my salesperson was awesome. Julie really knows her stuff, and she's not trying to rip you off. She just wants to sell you a vehicle that is right for you. I bought my sport trac from her in November, and I recommended her to my friend who bought an F150 in January. Definitely recommended.

My "check engine" light was on and since I needed to get my car emissions completed in a few months, I wanted to get right on it and get it fixed. I was told that the cap to the gas tank was not tight and I would need to do all this computer work to reset it. The cost would be over $200, close to $300. I also needed an oil change so I asked them to do it. Well, I later found out from someone else that the computer to the car and the check engine light would reset itself eventually. I did not need all that resetting, etc. Also, after I brought my car home, oil started pouring out and covered my driveway. I called and the guy who I spoke to could care less about my problem. I will never go here again.

My husband recently took his sport trac to get serviced here. Not only did they call and get an outrageous quote to fix the car, when first told no - only fix what the car was brought in for, the guy called my husband back and lowered the price - apparently trying to see if we'd pay for whatever they asked. After all of that, they still didn't get the car running properly, after two separate attempts on the same day. After talking to NAPA, my husband was able to figure out what was wrong, and fixed it himself - turns out the Mall of GA ford didn't even look at the things they said they did.
