The absolute worst customer service. My tattoo artist, Dani, made my tattoo a hideous color and I had brought her a clear picture with a beautiful color. She is awful to deal with. She should NOT work with the public as she is rude and overall difficult to work with. The owner, Jon, wanted me to go back to Dani, the one who permanently ruined my body, to fix it. His solution for me was to "stop by", an hour drive each way, for a consultation to see if they can fix it and if so, come back again, an hour each way, and hope it will be an acceptable fix. I told him I wanted a refund to go elsewhere for a fix, since I don't want to go to a place that did this to me, and he said he absolutely would not give a refund for his artists lousy work. BE SMART AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! CUSTOMER HAPPINESS MEANS NOTHING TO MARC'S!!!
